Clinton Foundation only gives 15 percent of donations to charities, IRS Records Show

*Clinton Foundation Refiling Five Years of Tax Returns that "Erroneously" Failed to Show Donations by Foreign Governments* http://www.reuters.com/article/2015/04/23/us-usa-election-clinton-taxes-exclusive-idUSKBN0NE0CA20150423

*The Bill, Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Foundation --- originally named the William J. Clinton Foundation --- is refiling at least five tax returns and may have its books audited for as far back as 15 years after recent concerns over the contributed finances of the organization have been raised near and far, according to Reuters on Thursday*. The organization is said to be a non-profit foundation established by former United States President Bill Clinton with the organization's mission to be to strengthen the capacity of people throughout the world to meet the challenges of global interdependence. Now, it has been asserted that of the millions of dollars that the Clinton Foundation has received, only a miniscule 15 percent of the donations to the organization has actually gone to charitable organizations.

Disturbing details of the finances of the Clintons Foundation were reported upon by Rush Limbaugh, the controversial talk radio show host, on Thursday. He asserts that much of the 85 percent of the millions of dollars that do not end up in the hands of charities have undefined destinations.*In fact, 60 percent of the money donated to the Clintons is categorized as "other.*" Knowing this, consider that that the Clinton Foundation's IRS filings show that it raised more than $500 million between 2009 and 2012. The Federalist publication has published that only 15 percent --- or only $75 million --- was spent on charity. In excess of $25 million was spent on travel expenses and approximately $110 million went toward employee salaries and benefits, according to Free Republic . *[And guess who is a prime employee of the BH&C; Clinton Foundation -- little Chelsea Clinton herself, who with her husband (son of convicted felon Ed Mezvinsky) recently purchased a $10.5 million apartment on Madison Square Park in New York City. http://www.nydailynews.com/life-style/real-estate/chelsea-clinton-buys-10-5-million-article-1.1288710

With $300 million of the donations to the "foundation" going to "other" expenses, and $110 million in employee salaries, it's no wonder she can afford it!]*

There has been media buzz about negative stories coming out about Hillary Clinton since she announced she is running for president in 2016. The most serious of the negative stories involved the foreign contributions made to the Clinton Foundation accompanied by suggestions that if there is a Clinton presidency in 2016, many "favors" would be owed to the foreign donors through the president. *Of IRS' concern is that in the past three years, the Clinton Foundation claimed to have no foreign donations which was a stark contrast from previous years. The Foundation - speaking for the Clintons, of course - claims that not reporting foreign contributions to the organization over the past few years was an error. *

NewsMax reported yesterday that there was indeed a great deal more to the story which would come out on Thursday. NewsMax

--- reporting on comments made by conservative radio talk show host Sean Hannity --- was correct. Beyond the questionable motives of donors, it is now known that the Clintons Foundation has also under-reported its finances. Add these facts to Hillary Clinton's former negative headlines about Benghazi and maintaining her own email account on a private server when she was the Secretary of State, and the negativities on her plate are getting quite overwhelming for a political candidate. It is being reported that the Clintons' other incomes from "work" over the past 15 years may also be scrutinized. Since the Clintons haven't had out-of-government jobs, this can be confusing. However, it has been reported that Bill Clinton has made as much as $100 million in speaking fees since he left the White House as president. Also, it is known that Hillary Clinton charges a hefty salary for her speaking engagements. Again, all of this is happening because of financial information that came forward regarding the Clintons Foundation - which is now considered extremely questionable.

The Clinton Foundation is supposedly focusing on four critical areas which are health security, economic empowerment, leadership development and citizen service, as well as racial, ethnic and religious reconciliation. The organization has two offices which are located in New York City and Little Rock, Arkansas. The Clinton Foundation partners with same-paged individuals, organizations, corporations, and governments. The Clinton Foundation which has been around since 2001 has connections that are politically vast and has financial stakes that are incredibly high. As a forerunner to the newly-developed problems for the Clinton Foundation, Hillary resigned from the organization's board earlier in the week.

*Comment: All this week the Clintons have been trotting out the "usual suspects," i.e. their in-house apologists and attack dogs, pointing out all of the good that the BH&C; Clinton Foundation does, never mentioning that only 15% ever gets to those they are allegedly helping, and attacking the source of the news, without denying the truth of it!

They even went to the extent of making Chelsea available for an interview to defend the "foundation," where else but on ABC, home of that totally unbiased newsman, the diminutive George Stephanopoulos, longtime insider of the Clinton Mafi- - - errr, Family. Here's an idea, why don't they just call it the /BH&C; Clinton Familia/? It would make more sense and be far more "transparent" as 15% is just about what wealthy families donate to charity. * *+6* You! Join the discussion. Express your opinion.

Ken to keeper 3 days ago Ken

+1* I think I read somewhere that it employs 400 people -- that's an average of $275,000 per year for each of them. I'm pretty sure that they pay little Chelsea a larger share than that. reply

Ken to Narmvyguy 3 days ago Ken 15% is bad enough. The lowest amount of a legitimate charity that I'm aware of is Wounded Warriors, and they give 58% to the veterans, but spend a lot on advertising. I'm not aware of any advertising done by the BH&C Clinton Foundation. reply
